Not mannered towards tourists. We arrived at 16:00 and were told the kitchen was closed until tomorrow. There is nowhere it says that either on the internet or on the bar entrance. We were greeted very dry at the entrence and told to come back tomorrow. Ruined the place image for us ..

A very pleasant experience at Bar Cotá. I ordered cured beef, croquettes, and for dessert, a coffee flan that was truly spectacular—it tasted intensely of coffee, one of the best I've ever had. The place has a cozy atmosphere, with that touch of wood and tradition that makes you want to linger. The service was friendly and attentive; you can tell they pay attention to every detail. Excellent value for money and simple Galician cuisine prepared with great care. Definitely a place to return to when I'm back in Lugo. 👏🍷

Everything was fantastic. The traditional food was very well prepared and varied. We had delicious tripe, amazing stuffed mushrooms, and a very tasty and beautifully presented pork knuckle. And the best part was the crema catalana for dessert! The empanada and croquettes from previous visits were also excellent. The service was quick and attentive. A real treat. Thank you!
