Avoid at all costs. Absolutely horrendous service and a genuinely terrible experience from start to finish. The only thing this place has going for it is the location in the main square, but honestly there are far better places nearby to spend your money. It tries to come across as a British style Wetherspoons, but instead it just feels cheap, dull, and poorly managed. Not even “cheap and cheerful”, just cheap and disappointing. The service was absolutely appalling. We were overcharged compared to the prices shown on the menu, which was frustrating enough, but then things got even worse when

The atmosphere outside is pleasant. You have a direct view of the Plaza de la Constitution. Unfortunately, the service was a bit lacking; I had to wait quite a long time before someone came to take my order. In addition, one Aperol ended up costing €12.50, even though the menu initially stated €8.50... I don't know if this was some kind of special evening rate or a very outdated menu, but it was a bit disappointing. Furthermore, the restrooms were anything but clean. There was no toilet paper in any of the stalls, and there was a strong smell of urine. The stalls themselves were also very dirt

We sat at their exterior seating area for the better part of 2 hours and visited with many tourists at adjacent tables and had a wonderful time. The experience was made even better by our attentive waiter, named David who stuck with us the whole time. Our 28 wedding anniversary is coming up in the next couple days and we have decided to pull an audible (American "Football" terminology) and return here to celebrate the occasion. The people watching I swear cannot be beaten but
