We waited for more than 20 minutes for the waitress (the one who serves the terrace part of the kiosk today, Sunday, May 24th in the morning) to serve us and she didn't even look at us. I warned her that we were waiting and she left us without attention for 20 minutes. Finally, seeing the panorama, I got up to leave. Terrible experience and shameful service. After waiting for over an hour without being served, I tried to get their attention by raising my hand and clearly saying "excuse me" to a waitress with brown hair. She looked at me and deliberately ignored me, walking right past me as if I didn't exist. This isn't a problem with the place being crowded; it's a complete lack of professionalism, courtesy, and respect for customers. Ignoring someone who speaks directly to you is unacceptable. I'm not giving it zero stars because I can't, but that's what they truly deserve. A total waste of time. I absol
