The only good thing was that the restaurant was very quiet for such a cold day, hence my rating the atmosphere as good. Otherwise, this is the second time I've been to the Vips chain for an afternoon snack, and I left extremely disappointed. I went for a snack with my mother, and a nice young man greeted us and was incredibly quick in taking our order and bringing our drinks. On the plus side, I finally got a really hot coffee, just the way I like it. But now comes the worst part, and the reason I won't be back. Very tasty and the service wasn't slow. The restrooms were clean. On holidays, a drink (coffee) is included, but this isn't mentioned beforehand. The bill says "no drink" - we ordered orange juice, and we don't know what the included drink was. Was it coffee? Hot drinks? Otherwise, everything was very good.

Excellent service and impeccable attention from David! My friend and I went out for dinner on Friday to celebrate my birthday, and the experience couldn't have been better thanks to David, the waiter who served us.
