Kuro Kozuki★Terrible experience. Our group from England and Ireland was shocked that the brunette waitress barely spoke a word of English. How can you run a busy tourist spot and hire staff who can't even handle a basic conversation in English? It's unacceptable and frankly embarrassing. Don't bother waiting for our return.

The place was clean on each of our visits and staff friendly and helpful.
