Wonderful staff, very friendly and helpful but let's be honest it's the kittens that everyone is here for and they are super cute and friendly. The atmosphere is calm and the temperature is perfect. Most, if not all of the cats are super friendly, I think I managed to interact with all of them without chansing them around(which you shouldn't do anyways). They're so cute! You can see that they're happy here because of how relaxed they are. The guys working are kind and both speak English. I only had a coffee and it was pretty good. The atmosphere is comfortable both for guests and the kitties. The only issue I had is that I was charged 2 coffees even though the first one
