Impeccable service, we came with a pregnant woman and the way they looked after her was awesome. 100% safe coming here with your pregnancy. Very nice decoration and every single waiter was kind and efficient. A must to try in Ourense.

One Michelin star comes with high expectations — and Nova delivers on many fronts. ⭐ I recently visited Nova in the heart of Ourense, and while the overall flavor of each dish was excellent, I’m being a bit stricter in this review, as I believe Michelin-level restaurants should be held to a higher standard. •The soup of cucumber and tonic soup was refreshing, with a distinct cucumber taste and just a hint of tonic (without the fizz). The idea to have a 1-Star Michelin affordable is incredible. Starting from the service and the maitre:incredible! Very careful about anything. Food is great and even if we went for the cheapest menu, we left rolling. Compared to "degustation menu" that restaurant usually offer, i definitely rate this one amongst the best. Well done
