I like to go to Starbucks when travelling because it’s usually a guaranteed easy experience. I appreciate language barriers can cause complications when ordering but I tried to order a drink which was displaying in English on the billboard on the wall and the barista didn’t seem to know what I was talking about? My partner bought a pasta salad which was frozen and the staff tried to heat it up but it was still frozen in the middle. Service was also very slow considering the amount of customers. No soap in the bathroom and the light turns off every 15 seconds. Just skip this Starbucks

Sadly typical Starbucks. I stopped in to use the restroom and get something. Fortunately, as other reviews have mentioned, the staff are completely indifferent to customers, and I was ignored long enough to give up and go elsewhere. On the bright side, there are a million little coffee shops in the area that make a great cup of coffee.
