Vermuturía Rosa is a haven for tapas, the kind of place where you order everything that catches your eye and somehow it all works together. The vibe is casual, the energy lively, and the food is seriously good. We started with anchovies on soft, warm bread with dreamy butter, followed by rich, creamy beef tartare. Then came the classics: padrón peppers, garlic prawns, toreznos, calamari, clams, and the squid over potatoes—an underrated combo. Always booked before coming. We were so lucky we didn’t book but still have a seats. Everything in the menu looks quite good! Highly highly recommended. The vibe is also fun and poppy. Staffs are friendly and accommodating.

Superb. The best meal we had in Palma. Just feels very authentic, with all the hustle and bustle you'd want and expect from a restaurant like this. Sometimes a bit slow to get another drink, but overall still def 5*. The tapas had all the classics done exceptionally well, while also having plenty of options to try new things. The confit leek with blue cheese sauce was a stand out for me, as was the chargrilled artichoke, oh and the steak with chargrilled red peppers. It was all delicious! My photos are blurry because I also smashed about 5 different types of Vermouth & several beers lol, which

Now I’m not into Tapas, but my wife is and I’ve been promising to take her to a nice tapas place and this is it. Really authentic, amazing food, service and experience was great. Although I was a spectator, my wife basically picked all the favourites from the menu and indulged in the real deal. It was packed and there was a queue, but it’s worth the wait or book in advance, really great atmosphere. Watching the staff prepping the tapas behind the bar, or slicing the ham is so nice. Love it and ate a fair bit myself. Would I go there again, yes absolutely. A true Spanish/Palma Tapa experience.
