Our reservation was at 7:30pm. We came from sant cugat and arrived at 7:30pm. Restaurant was CLOSED. A few minutes later 3 employees arrived and they only arranged the outside seating. Restaurant was still closed. At 7:45pm there was still no one to open the restaurant. 3 employees were also waiting for someone to come and open the door. If you are not going to open the doors and start service at 7:30pm, why do you accept and confirm reservations??? Very unprofessional. We waited for a couple of more minutes and left to find another PROPER restaurant to eat something.
