Stefano Galgani★★★★★A typical bar and restaurant frequented by many locals despite the very pretty location on the side of a magnificent little square just outside the walls of Segovia, which might suggest a more 'touristy' establishment. The grilled meat, served on a slate plate, is definitely worth trying, and the other traditional dishes tasted are absolutely delicious too. Courteous and punctual service, although the place was quite busy.

The service was a bit slow between courses and when it came to bringing the bill. They charged us for an extra drink, but it was our fault for not checking the bill before leaving 🤷🏼♀️ A highly recommended place.
