It was nice to get familiar food. With limited Spanish speaking skill they have interactive ordering boards to use for ordering. It was a lot of young kids here when we went, like a hangout spot. Pretty clean but noisy. A few items not typically on the American burger King so that was a cool experience. Food was about the same quality.

The staff all seemed to want to be somewhere else. The man serving was unable to understand that food goes cold when it’s put on a tray and left for 10 minutes. The cooks seemed to be confused and made parts of an order then moved on to another order before completing the current one. The food was cold and the restaurant was dirty. Time for training and the Manager to move on to a job s/he can handle.

Very dirty! All the tables were disgustingly. No one was cleaning. The bathrooms were impossible, without soap, with toilet paper inn the floor. Bad experience!!!

I’d give them zero if the app would allow it! Ordered and paid for 2 coffees using the self-serving machine, got my ticket, I was the only order on the screen, waited for a while and no one called my order. Approached the counter and there he was this guy, Camilo chatting with his friend Mohamed, asked him about my coffees, he asked me if my order was 2 coffees and I confirmed. Then he started making a coffee for his friend Mohamed before he slowly started making mine, and he probably used old/already used coffee pods to make my coffees because they were nasty and tasted like dirty water.
