To say this place is a vibe, does not do it justice. You come for the decor, and stay for the drinks, so to say. Come prepared with your order, as there is no menu and while the owner seemingly can make it all it does mean it’s simpler to know your regular to go mix or simply order their regular, the Sangre de Jesus. The owner is friendly but doesn’t speak English so asking what ingredients he has on hand is just an annoying hassle to all unless you as a visitor speak Spanish as well. He was incredibly patient with us though, which was nice of him. He also doesn’t skimp on the alcohol in the

It is an experience you have to do when in Sevilla. Miguel is the barman and he doesn't speak any english he makes the same cocktail for everyone but if you're fast enough you can ask for something else. The bar is decorated fantastically and you feel like you are in a 50% church and 50% bar. It is amazing!

we came on a thursday around 9:30pm and it was empty besides us and one other couple. The “blood of christ” drink was good - but cost us 9 euro each, which we didn’t feel was worth it (to some it might be, considering the interesting interior). Also, the bartender was doomscrolling before and after he served us… take from that what you will If you’re really excited about and interested in seeing the interior - which was neat, then you should come, but I would not return.

You can only pay in cash, which is only revealed when you pay!! Several of us sat like "hostages" at the counter, while others went to the ATM for cash... :D it's interesting to go there once; it's one of the exciting survivors of the alternative ruin pub era of the 90s. The Blood of Christ cocktail is very sweet; and the place opens after 10 pm, so it's worth paying attention to that.
