However some dishes are disappointing. The fideus was soaking wet with the pasta extremely overcooked. Their rice/pasta is usually overcooked and damp. The desserts are homemade and good... but you have to choose wisely. They keep the desserts until the arr eaten, so I have seen a carrot cake staying there a week, for example, and looking harder and drying every day... overall I like their food, you just need to know
