This information needs to be updated… there is no more Nespresso store at this location. I am at “El Corte Ingres “, the department store where the Nespresso store is supposed to be, but the store is not here any more… an employee at the department store confirmed… I took a metro all the way down here to get some coffee pods … very disappointed…

I didn't ask her name, but yesterday I was helped by a colleague from this store (she wore glasses, had shoulder-length hair, and was dark-haired). I was looking for a coffee maker, and she completely convinced me. She was incredibly kind, gave me advice on everything I needed with a very positive attitude, and even made me a coffee to try. The service made all the difference, and I left very happy with my new coffee maker and capsules.
