Mario Merchan★★I was served a coffee with milk and had to wait 20 minutes for my sandwich. The coffee with milk was cold, so I asked her to warm it up a bit, and she served it piping hot. Because I didn't realize how hot it was, I burned myself. I asked the waitress if she could add some cold milk, and she replied, "If you want it hot, then hot." She did it on purpose, and I told her so, but she insisted it was hot. It was really bad, very inconsiderate of the customer. She burned me intentionally.
