We started with some artichoke hearts that have such an unique taste, probably one of the best artichokes i’ve had in Madrid. We then tried the Lomo de ternera saltado al wok, it was really good as well, the vegetables were so fresh and tasty and the beef was very tender. But my favorite one was the Carrillera de ternera, it was so soft it fell apart by just picking it up, and the flavor was just right, i will definitely come back for that and to try other dishes.
