We had the croquettes for starters, both prawn and ham. Both were absolutely delicious, with our favourites being the ham ones: full of flavour! Then we had the lamb and the pork. Again, truly delicious! We finished with the Mille Feuilles, and it was a proper fine dining version of it again, absolutely delicious. I ordered the lamb dish and my husband ordered the pork. We wanted to share each dish so one dish was prepared first on two separate plates and the same for the second dish. Nothing is too much trouble for this restaurant. The chef is truly amazing and the service is exceptional. After reading the reviews we decided to try it. It was a quiet Thursday evening at the beginning of May. The service is exceptional. We had a lovely bottle of pecorino wine.
