For: Edurne Abete Dear Madam, I have been a regular customer at Cafe Florida for years, and today I overheard everything from the bar, right next to you. First, you were loudly and rudely demanding that the waitresses shouldn't charge you for your coffee, and even worse, you threatened to leave a bad review online if they didn't deduct the cost.
