I stumbled upon this cute little gluten free pasta shop while waiting to get my hair done . It’s homemade gluten-free pasta. It’s cooked perfectly. I had a pasta Bolognese, which was delicious. And I noticed that they didn’t use any plastic products in the entire restaurant. It is very small so I was lucky because it was just me and I could sit at the counter. But, I recommend making a reservation or being prepared to wait . It’s worth it !

We came here spontaneously and really enjoyed everything! We had the Cacio e Pepe and the salmon pasta - both were delicious, creamy, and full of flavor. It’s great that you can choose the type of pasta you prefer, which adds a nice touch. The cocktails we ordered were also very good, and they served a small but tasty appetizer to start with. Highly recommend this place - a perfect spot for anyone who loves great pasta and a cozy atmosphere!

100% glutin free... amazing and tasty food prepared fresh to eat. The romain salad... yum... ordered gnocchi w pesto and the vodka sauce Brooklyn... it was all super yummy and the staff was friendly and helpful. We almost ordered 3 pastas... but she said it would be too much and she was right. Even with 2 we have plenty to take home for tomorrow. If glutin free matters to you... you'll want to visit Pasta Balboa!!!

We went today ‘cause the place we actually wanted to visit was full, ¡and we absolutely loved it! Pasta was incredibly good. We had both the same pasta, rigatoni; it was fresh, perfect cooking point, tasty. Sauces we had Portobello Trufado and 6 quesos; both great, winner the 6 quesos! For dessert, the pistaccio Tiramisu was great, but the Choco/Platano tarta was also delicious. The place is small but cozy and really nicely ambiented. The people working there is fast, friendly, attentive… Strongly recommended!
