I think I've experienced the worst service in this place. I ordered nicely and politely but the worker responded rudely and threw the box of croissants in front of me and treated the second box of sweets like it's a package from Shein. Shameless people, really.

I do love Bombon in Rio!❤️ The service is sooooo nice, the food is que rico, workers are super friendly, even though some of them don’t speak good Spanish, but they really try to help in all possible and impossible ways! Thanks to the new boss Diego this point is perfecto😍☕️ Strongly recommend!!!🥰

We have over several days visit and got Oreo and Salted Caramel Frappe. The size and quality varies A LOT, one day they fill almost the cup, the next day it's hardly half full. One day we brought their 4 cakes, two of them was very dry (red velvet and carrot) , like they have been out for half a week or more. The apple was okay and their cheesecake was nice.
