What a great find in Valdebebas! This place is truly impressive. We started with the Melanzane alla Parmigiana (eggplant layers with tomato, mozzarella, basil, and parmesan), and it was an absolute must try the highlight of our starters. For the main course, we ordered the Margherita Pizza and the Spaghetti alla Carbonara Originale (made the traditional way with guanciale, egg yolk, pecorino cheese, and black pepper).
