If you’re in Valencia and you don’t stop by La Moma, you’re basically committing a foodie crime. The food is insanely tasty — like, “I need a moment to process this flavor” tasty. Every dish feels like it was made by someone who loves Valencia and loves feeding hungry travelers. And let me tell you about Andrés. This man is a whole experience. Friendly, welcoming, and the kind of person who makes you feel like you’re a regular even if it’s your first time walking in. His energy brings the whole place alive. Perfect food, amazing vibes, and a staff member who deserves his own fan club. Go. Ea

Lovely restaurant close to the cathedral that surprisingly had a table available for us. Server Noe was amazing, very kind and helpful. Food was amazing, most flavorful paella I have ever had, I wish it was bigger but maybe i’m just used to eating a lot. Definitely recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed this restaurant. We had three different Tapas between the two of us, which was ample for lunch. The salt cod, the ham and the anchovies were all excellent. Definitely worth trying, in our opinion.

Local food done in a sophisticated way. A great balance of formality and friendliness without being stuffy! Would highly recommend if you are looking for something a little bit special without costing the earth! Food is very very good. Paella recommended!
