I arrived with no reservation and was seated quickly and by a tourist-friendly waiter, and I ordered the Valencian paella. It was quite good - the rice was flavourful and nicely cooked, the mixed vegetables tasted good, and the meat was tender and fell off the bone. The portion is meant for 2 people but I would recommend buying an extra tapas dish as it's closer to a serving for 1.5 people instead. In my opinion, this is one of the best restaurants in Valencia. The food was tasty and of high quality. However, what surprised me was that my steak was burnt. I had asked for it well done, not burnt. I was at the restaurant around 6:30, and it wasn’t very busy, so I didn’t expect to receive an overcooked steak. I hope the chef pays more attention to cooking the steak properly in the future.
