these folks are pros at work! the barista with the long hair runs and fires on all cylinders. much gamxia and gratitude for guiding me a coffee in-expert with a penchant for 🍓 🍑 🍉 🍍 fruits through a great experience. It's really fun to sit at the bar and watch everyone in action and enjoy their synergy and coffee symphony in a sense. It is definitely a hidden gem for all coffee lovers. Not only black coffee and milk coffee, but also coffee tea and coffee special drinks. I love hand drip coffee and there are lots of coffee beans for you to choose from. The staff are very friendly. They help me to choose the bean I like. While the shaved ice are especially suitable in hot weather. Not sweet but rich mocha taste.

Quite busy and hip but the although there was a big selection of beans to choose from, my espresso was very sub-par. Serving light-roasted coffee that isn’t properly aged is kind of a sin in specialty coffee. My espresso was clearly not degassed and the flavor was harsh and underdeveloped. The Kenyan I ordered was roasted only 5-days prior to serving. The silver lining was it was only 70 NTD, but with other shops in Taichung executing at higher levels, this is not a shop I could recommend to specialty coffee enthusiasts with more experience abroad.
