This bar features wine-based cocktails. It's a beautiful place with large windows and a rather well stocked bar! I ordered three drinks and am amazed by the execution of each drink. Each cocktail highlighted the wine used. As I prefer a strong savory cocktail, the cabernet cocktail with smoked cheese (not pictured) was the best to me. But the tieguanyin bees knees was really good too! I enjoyed the conversations I had with the wait staff; they were friendly but not too much, allowing patrons to take in the vibe of the bar. As I was alone, I didn't make reservations but it is highly recommended to if you have a large group as the place is small and cosy.

We particularly rave over Saucy Apple Cocktail, a well-balanced fruity, sweet & slightly salty (thanks to its almost cheesecake-like frothy creme fraiche topping) drink. Found this by chance when wandering aimlessly in Tainan at night. The bar is located at a corner shop in a quiet alley. The two bartenders are very knowledgeable ,making good recommendation on drinks and food based on your preference. They’re also very friendly, always try to make conversation. I started things off with 生命力 Vitality, which is a very refreshing drink, especially with the floral notes. The second drink I had is the 杏仁茶Almond Tea, and a stronger drink On the food, their 豬油飯pork lard rice with raw egg is to kill for. Such a simple but heavenly dish. Make sure you try this when you’re there! And also BIG thanks to the bartenders that night, for allowing to dine in when I don’t have enough cash and let my friend make bank transfer later! Jodobe is the perfect demonstration of Tainan: good food, good people, good place, good vibe!
