When going there, you could firstly be shocked somehow, because it is placed in the middle of the village, which is very poor, even if all people seem to be peaceful and smiling friendly. The restaurant is a very simple building, it is quiet and clean. Service is excellent, staff very friendly. The menu is rich, huge portions and very cheap prices. The seafood platter is absolutely delicious, I highly recommend it!

Such a great restaurant! I am absolutely thrilled with the homemade gnocci, which came with a super tasty shrimp sauce. The best gnocchi I've ever had! The fish platter that my friend ordered was also excellent. Furthermore, the service is super accommodating and friendly. This restaurant is a huge recommendation! We signed up for breakfast the next Sunday straight after our first visit and Harry, the owner, lovingly prepared an incredible breakfast. The homemade pancakes, chapati and lots of fresh fruits were a highlight!

Authentic local food and unforgettable experience. We had an amazing meal at Madiba Restaurant. I had the prawns, and my partner chose the pepper beef — both dishes were exceptional, fresh, and truly local. To reach the restaurant, you walk through a village where you are welcomed by smiling children. Don’t stop at the first impression of the village, something not all of us Westerners may be used to, but embrace their culture, warmth, and way of life. It’s all part of the experience. The food is truly outstanding and cooked with heart. Credit cards are accepted, which is also very convenient. Highly recommended for those looking for real local cuisine and authenticity
