Their fresh pasta was delightful. I liked every bite of it. They have a nice and cozy dinner-vibe atmosphere, both inside and out.

It was good. Very kid friendly for those with kids, so, ideal for families. The pizza was good. Thin crust, enough cheese, toppings were a bit of a let down, it's why I would give it 3.7 stars. If you are a pizza person Zuane would definitely the better choice for you. It was a good experience, the company you go with would definitely make it better. :)

Surely one of the best Italian restaurants in town. Food, prices and staff are pretty much OK. A very typical Italian starter with some well prepared chillies, before you eat the meal of your choice. Italian meals are well cooked, particularly pizzas and pasta. The compound is kids friendly with a big playground and a small soccer field for kids. Finally the main building is gorgeous with a wooden design that gives a welcome touch

The staff said milk tea couldn't be brought in, which is unreasonable. I've been to many high-end restaurants in Shanghai, and none of them have this rule. Don't think you're so high-class just because you own a restaurant in a wealthy area of Africa. The competition here isn't as fierce, but do you really think you're a high-end restaurant? The staff here reminded me of saleswomen in luxury stores. Do they think they're so great just because they work in a wealthy area and interact with rich people every day? I'm not satisfied with your service, so I won't be giving a tip. Sorry, don't be surprised when I pay. I don't know if it's because my attire was relatively casual, so the staff seemed to favor those who dressed more elegantly. But this only shows that your staff has a very limited understanding of wealth. Some casually dressed people might just be afraid of being robbed.

Visited after almost eight years since I went back home and came back to Dar. Firstly I was so excited as I always remembered this place as one of the best ones in Dar, but it turned out very disappointing. One of the servers was very disrespectful, keeping saying that wait, wait, wait, and he never came back to the table first. When we entered, there were only two indoor tables occupied, yet no one came to our table until we had to desperately call for attention. Before getting annoyed at customers for calling him over every time, the waiter should first learn the more efficient approach of bringing both the regular and daily special menus at once from the beginning. Also, when we finished eating, paid, and didn’t leave a tip, he completely ignored our table as if we were insects, he didn’t even look at us. I’ve experienced Tanzania since 10 years ago, and I honestly don’t know when tipping became such an obligation here?????? It felt so disrespectful that I even wondered if it was r

I have now visited Zuane twice, and I want to be completely honest about my experience. The food is truly incredible flavorful, well-prepared, and clearly made with care. Unfortunately, the customer service has been consistently disappointing on both visits. On both occasions, I walked in and was not greeted by any staff member. No welcome, no acknowledgment, nothing. I was left sitting and waiting for about 20 minutes before anyone approached me. During that time, multiple employees walked past my table without checking on me, making me feel completely invisible and uncomfortable. Eventually, a waitress named Flora came over and said, “I see no one has come to serve you, so I guess I will take your order.” This was said after she had already watched several of her colleagues walk past me without helping. The tone felt cold, dismissive, and very unprofessional. Instead of feeling welcomed as a guest, I felt like I was an inconvenience. Throughout both visits, the overall atmosphere

ART OF LIVING★★

An Italian restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. Pizza is their specialty. Service is lacking, unenthusiastic staff, no heart-warming smiles. Hygiene is questionable. PROS: 🆙old -fashioned pizza. Cozy vibes. CONS: 😭Service is lacking. We were given a bowl of half-eaten garlic oil. Someone’s left-over? Makes you question about the hygiene tremendously! On top that, the wait staff were very straight-faced….. The service can really put people down. A huge no-no for our dining experience. AND! On top the left-over garlic, we were given three little pieces of the HARDEST bread( cardboard?) we’ve had. Come on guys, where’s the integrity???
