Incredible dining experience! We were trying to decide between Philippe on Sukhumvit 39 and this bistro version, and we definitely made the right choice. The casual, lively vibe here matched our style perfectly compared to a formal fine dining setting.Unfortunately, they were out of mussels, but we pivoted to the classics and they did not disappoint. We had the boeuf bourguignon, salmon in white wine, a frisée salad with poached egg and bacon, and the tomato gazpacho with Iberico ham. Every dish was decadent, authentic, and intentionally crafted without trying too hard.Voila—Chef Philippe himself was actually there! It is a refreshing change from the usual "Instagram-focused" French spots around Sukhumvit. Love it, nice place, and we will absolutely be back!

If you like Philippe on Sukhumvit 39, you must like this one as well. Same owner. Cheaper, but still high quality. Not cheap, not expensive, worth all the money spent. Corkage charge only 300 thb. Another good thing is they dont force customer to drink expensive mineral water. They have Evian 500ml at 80 thb. Not bad, compare to most of european restaurants in BKK.

Not only was the food incredibly delicious, but the chef also presented each dish beautifully, which enhanced the overall dining experience. The atmosphere in the restaurant was relaxed and comfortable. Chef Philip personally came by to greet us at the table, and the staff showed excellent service-mindedness and took great care of us. Highly recommended!

Well lots to write about on Mason Philipe. It’s the small things that all put together add up to five stars. The owner greets the customer and always checks on the meal with attentive concern. The expertly trained Thai staff who with eagle eyes anticipate and respond to the needs of the customer. Really amazing service and kudos to the staff. The complimentary hot bread served with butter (and an actual butter knife), the palate cleanser between starter and main. The wine list- panoramically extensive with rightly so a focus on French wine. The food itself is hearty and rich with notes of Its Burgundy home. I had the goats cheese and puff pastry salad which was delicious but could have done with a little more crunch on the pastry. For mains the pork chop with apples and steamed vegetables and Dijon sauce. Super delicious and made me feel like I was back in a French kitchen. Additional Plus, Surprisingly prices are quite reasonable. A lovely meal and I dined solo, which typically res

Absolutely fantastic experience. Cozy place, attentive waiters. Had set lunch (goat cheese puff pastry salad and beef cheeks in red wine, steak and French fries, apple tart). Probably the best steak we had here in Bangkok since January, beef cheek casserole was cooked to perfection, meat literally melting in your mouth, it’s been a ideal meal for rainy gloomy day. Good wine selection. Nice touch - you can buy their casseroles and other food jarred to take away. Definitely will be back.

I visited the restaurant today at around 3:30 PM and ordered two recommended dishes from the menu: white asparagus priced at 900 baht, and pork with duck liver priced at 900 baht. When ordering, the staff asked whether I wanted the dish served cold as a terrine or fried. No further explanation was given, so I chose the fried option. However, when the dish was served, the staff informed me that it had been changed to fried foie gras, priced at 1,500 baht, which was not the dish I originally ordered from the menu, as the original item included pork. The total bill for only two dishes came to 2,919 baht, which I found very expensive. The food taste was acceptable, but the service was disappointing. Changing the dish without clearly informing the customer of the price difference, and serving an item that did not match the menu ordered, was far below my expectations and not in line with the level of service expected from a restaurant of this standard.
