I really love the new renovations at Chapter—the place has such a great vibe and the decor is lovely. I decided to try their trending 'Dirty Espresso' this time. It was a bit too sweet for my personal taste (I usually prefer my coffee less sweet), but it was still a decent experience. I also had the iced V60 with Brazilian beans, which was excellent. On a side note, the flower wrapping section is a great addition! I’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended for the atmosphere alone.

Such a beautiful, Instagrammable space! It seems they just reopened after renovations a few days ago, and the new look is stunning. I loved the vibe here—the coffee was great and the fresh croissant was absolutely delicious. Great place and amazing services from entry to selecting a better seating area if a bit crowdy. Food is outstanding the egg benedict which i tried in many places but here is soo unique and flavorfull. Our waiter Zoro was great attitude and great customer service skills. I visited this branch today at around 11:00 AM. The café was quiet and not busy, yet no one came to take my order for a very long time. I personally enjoy this branch because the atmosphere is relaxing and the food is good, which makes this experience even more disappointing. After waiting for quite a while, a staff member finally approached. When I explained that I had been waiting for a long time, she simply said “okay” and walked away without taking my order or offering any assistance. I was left sitting there in complete disbelief. I continued waiting, expecting the manager to step in, especially since he was standing nearby helping arrange tables. We made eye contact several times and I tried to get his attention, but unfortunately nothing happened. I could have easily made a scene and escalated the situation, but I chose to remain respectful, leave quietly, and take my business elsewhere. The BEST croissant and za’atar thyme roll I’ve had in a long time! 🥐✨ Everything tasted incredibly fresh, buttery, and perfectly baked. The croissant was light, flaky, and melted in my mouth, while the za’atar roll had the perfect balance of herbs and flavor. You can truly taste the quality and freshness in every bite.
