Parallel Café never disappoints! ☕️✨ There's always a queue, and for good reason, the coffee is consistently excellent and absolutely worth the wait. Even when the café is packed, the quality never slips. A special shoutout to Jay, who greeted us with a warm smile and such a positive attitude when we picked up our pre-ordered coffee curbside. Despite the hot weather, he was incredibly friendly, charming, and made the whole experience even better. Great coffee and even better service like this keep us coming back. Highly recommended! 👏☕️

Walking into Parallel Café feels like stepping out of Abu Dhabi for a moment and into a little corner of Bali. The warm, earthy interiors, lush greenery, and laid-back atmosphere create the perfect escape from the city’s hustle. It’s one of those places that instantly makes you slow down and stay a little longer. Beyond the beautiful space, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. The menu is just as impressive, with great food and drinks that are worth coming back for. A little tip: if you want to fully enjoy the peaceful ambiance and get those uninterrupted photos, come early. The café starts filling up quickly from around 5 PM onwards and can get quite busy. Beautiful space, amazing people, and a vibe that makes you forget you’re in Abu Dhabi. Parallel Café is definitely a spot I’d recommend.

The cappuccino I ordered was delicious - the espresso was rich and bold, and the milk was frothed to perfection. However, when I received the bill, I was disappointed to see that the price did not include taxes. This is something that I feel should be made clear to customers beforehand, as it can be a surprise when the final cost is higher than expected. Aside from this issue, the cafe itself was wonderful. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with comfortable seating and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were all friendly and attentive, and they made sure to ask me about my preferences for my cappuccino.

It is one of those spots that quietly does things well without trying too hard. I stopped in for coffee and ended up staying longer than expected because the environment was actually pretty comfortable. The coffee was solid smooth, well prepared, and not overly bitter like you sometimes get elsewhere. The place itself has a nice balance between modern and cozy. Plenty of natural light and enough space to sit without feeling crowded. I noticed a few people working on laptops while others were just catching up with friends, which usually means the place gets the atmosphere right. Service was polite and efficient, nothing complicated but everything done properly. If you're looking for a calm cafe where you can relax, have a decent cup of coffee, and spend some time without noise or rush, Parallel Cafe is worth checking out.
