Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. We visited Quince expecting a decent meal, especially since they were listed on the Fazaa discount app. However, when it came time to pay, the staff refused to honor the discount. After insisting, they checked with management—only to come back and say management had no intention of applying it and would “update the app later.” That’s not just unprofessional, it’s outright misleading. The issues didn’t stop there. They didn’t have fries available, none of the menu items come with rice (which is quite limiting), and to top it off, they were out of ice cream—so no affogato either. It felt like half the menu wasn’t actually operational. The staff seemed unfamiliar with their own menu, which made ordering unnecessarily frustrating. Portion sizes were shockingly small for the price point, making the whole experience feel like a blatant cash grab. Lovely evening at Quince Restaurant in Reem Park. We chose to sit outside, and the atmosphere was really beautiful. From time to time you can hear the music from the fountain nearby, which makes the experience even more special. In the evening it’s a perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The menu offers many options, so it’s easy to find something for everyone. Another nice surprise is that the prices are quite reasonable and not overpriced, especially considering the location and ambiance. Definitely a great spot for a calm evening out.

Went for lunch with my family and wanted to use the Fazaa discount which is clearly stated on the Fazaa website as applicable if the card is shown in restaurant. When I went to pay, I was told it can’t be used Friday to Sunday which is not mentioned anywhere. Food was good, but the lack of customer service around using the Fazaa discount was unacceptable. Under terms and conditions on the Fazaa app, no reference is made to the discount not being available on weekends. No reference to this was visible in the restaurant either, and the “accepting Fazaa” notice was clearly visible at the till today (Sunday). I’ve never had this experience anywhere else and felt cheated. Anywhere else I’ve used Fazaa before accept every day of the week. On service, bar the above I was puzzled that a basic request to add chicken to a pasta was initially met with a no “as the menu does not mention it has chicken”. I had to explain that I would pay extra , and that this is a fairly standard request for a c

I recently dined at the Quince Restaurant located in Reem Park and had a wonderful experience. The restaurant is quite fancy, with seating options both outside and on a rooftop, offering a lovely ambiance. It's also very kid-friendly due to its proximity to the park. The food was delicious, especially the burger and pasta, both of which were served in generous portions. I highly recommend it for a delightful meal in a beautiful setting.
