Hello, I visited your coffee and ordered a honey cake. There was no indication on the menu that the cake contained cinnamon. I do not eat cinnamon and I also have an allergy to it. When I informed the staff member about this and asked to replace the cake with another item, the employee refused to change it, despite the ingredient not being clearly mentioned beforehand👎🏼 I was disappointed with this experience, as ingredient transparency is very important, especially for customers with allergies. I hope you take this matter seriously and work on improving both menu clarity and customer service.

I've been here twice during my last trip to Al Ain recently. This place is known for good coffee, which I agree with. I've tried their signature coffee 'cremespresso' and it was extremely delicious. Their ice latte was good too. The cheesecake was perfect in my opinion. It's rich, with a soft creamy flavor ... it has a slightly tangy and sweet taste. One of the best I've tasted, so far! The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming. The charming earthy ambiance adds a comfortable feeling too. The staff demonstrates a good level of customer service. We visited the branch that is at Al hosn. I can not rate them as I did not like the system of the coffee we have to go to the cashier every time we want to order. I don’t understand why there are staff in the coffee.
