The desserts are absolutely delicious — a perfect match with the coffee and definitely worth trying. The atmosphere is beautiful and very comfortable, whether you want to relax or get some work done. What really stood out to me was the staff. They are extremely friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Special thanks to Annand and Nabin for their outstanding service and kindness. Toga Coffee is such a chill place to hang out. I came in for a quick coffee but ended up staying longer because the atmosphere is so relaxing. The staff are helpful even they busy brewing or preparing the order. It’s quiet enough to work on my laptop, but still feels lively enough that it doesn’t get boring. I genuinely love Toga and I have been a regular customer for a while, which is why I’m writing this honestly and respectfully. The coffee and concept are great, but the service experience has become frustrating over time. This is not only about today’s visit. Almost every time I come, there is either a delay, a forgotten item, or a small mix up. I completely understand delays when the place is busy, especially on weekends, but what is frustrating is that this also happens many times when the cafe is almost empty. For example, today the cafe had only a few customers, including our table, yet there was still a mix up with the letter from the beanz gift, and my cup had someone else’s letter. It may seem like a small mistake, but when small issues like this keep happening almost every visit, it starts to feel like a bigger service and quality problem. Another issue is with the bill. Sometimes when we ask for the check, it is not updated properly on Qlub, so we have to kindly ask the sta

⭐️⭐️ Unfortunately, my experience at TOGA Coffee was not good. I waited more than 40 minutes for a coffee order and it never arrived, with no explanation or apology for the delay. The service was extremely slow, and there was a clear lack of organization, especially during busy times. The place looks nice, but unfortunately the poor service completely ruins the experience. I hope they pay more attention to time management and customer service, as the current situation needs serious improvement.
