The food is fine but i don’t like some of staff members there. They are rude and Whenever i scan my students code at kiosks,pay it by card they don’t give me the free popcorn and fries they always come up with new excuses u needed to select the cash bla bla bla now we can’t give u the offer its too late. I am so fed up with there excuses. I want the management-to look into the matter and ask ur staff not to give useless excuses. Thankuu. I had previously given 5star to them but now i am changing it because of this issue. So disappointing

Stopped by KFC Acton recently and overall had a good experience. It’s halal certified, which is a big plus, and customer service has generally been friendly and helpful. The store is mostly cashless, with ordering via self-service screens. That said, I’ve seen staff actively helping customers who find the screens difficult, which is good to see. During busy periods it can feel stretched, especially when there’s only one member of staff serving, so having an extra person visible on the floor at peak times could help ease queues and reduce frustration. I was trying to get the 20 wings for £7.99 deal around 5 pm but couldn’t locate it on the self-service checkout. I asked a team member for help twice, but was directed back to the screen both times. It would have been great if they could have processed the order for me. Some extra customer service training might help in future. I’m not sure if the crew is a girl or a boy.

Kfc Acton Review Excellent for chicken only It's Difficult to fault the technical application of fast food chicken here. There seems to be a good process and staff are trained or instructed to say all the right things. The portion sizes are very good. It will fill you up. KFC seem to be the only place to get decent pieces of just chicken, legs, wings, side breast and thighs. You can get meals or just individual items. Lunch for me and my son was half the price of the new chicken outlets and our bellies were full.
