Absolutely shocking treatment from not only the carver, who was more interested in getting back to the kitchen to laugh and dance with his friends, but also the older server lady who was really rude, we’d ordered starters and kingsize meals and my partner who’s a veteran, just wanted plain ice cream but she basically said they don’t do it, he’s had to have the whole sunday, then looked down her nose at us when we asked if there was blue/light veterans discount. my partner had his hand blown off in afghanistan, the look on her face was disgust. i will never return to toby carvery. disgraceful

We had a lovely night the food was absolutely brilliant and the service was exceptional, especially considering how busy it was. Before leaving, we made a point to ask for names because the staff truly deserved the praise. Liam, Elaine and Sophie were amazing chatty, friendly, and welcoming the entire time, which really made the experience special. A huge thank you as well to Andy the chef, who was incredibly helpful with getting us sorted with food and was more than happy to provide fresh gravy whenever we needed it. Thank you all so much for such a great evening. We’ll definitely be back!

Excellent service from both the carver and the waitress. We were served by a really down to earth and funny lady, my friend can be a bit picky about meat and the carver was very accommodating and happy to help. Food marked down due to poor, undercooked Yorkshire puddings and food temperature slightly less warm than we would’ve liked. Other than that, very tasty and fresh food. Great gluten free options too- most items were suitable. Really good value for money and amazing customer service means I will be returning soon 👍

The service was absolutely brilliant. The staff were lovely, welcoming, and attentive. The restaurant was spotless, well organised, and clearly well looked after. The food was piping hot and fresh. Everything was cooked perfectly and constantly replenished, and it was such a relief to finally enjoy a proper meal after our earlier experience elsewhere. A special mention to Alison, who served us and was absolutely fantastic. She was friendly, professional, and went out of her way to make sure we were happy. Her attitude and customer service really stood out and made the experience even better
