Just went to go in costa at aldridge it was 16.57. Lights on customers still in there .I wanted a takeaway coffee. Didn't even get chance to ask. 5 young girls followed me in. To tell me there closed and they were going into clean.rude people 5 cleaners.thats a lot for a small store

I’ll give one star purely because the coffee was somewhat warm… Absolutely horrid experience at this Costa. I’ve been to many costas over the years and this is the worst, I will not be returning. Dirty floor, dirty tables, dirty coffee cups being used. Absolutely disgusting to say the least. I am very unhappy with the service I were provided with. I arrived with no greetings or acknowledgement, around 10 minutes to be seen to & I was bluntly yelled at “NEXT” as if I’m part of some machine one in one out. Then to find out this person was part of management I was sickened to understand. Last

Super place to enjoy it has a welcoming atmosphere and I always meet my friend here on a regular basis as it’s a nice place to meet , service from staff is always very good and friendly and I love a latte and it’s one of the best Costas for making it well 🤩
