Food used to be good. I’m a very regular customer.. things have gone down hill. Nut heaven milkshake being served without the correct ingredients as advertised… cheaping out on ferrero rocher chocolate on more than 1 occasion. Undercooked chips. Hard rubbery chicken. I hope this review helps management get back to the once great standards. I have had bad food a number of times before writing this review. Staff seems to have changed a lot too.

Disaster Order: Missing Items and Extremely Rude Staff Absolutely terrible experience. Our order arrived with multiple items missing. ​When we called to report the error, the woman who answered the phone was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She kept giving us different stories about the missing food, repeatedly assuring us the driver was "on the way now" for over an hour. ​As a result of the delay and her misleading information, the rest of our food was completely cold by the time we gave up waiting. I ordered on Uber eats just now but I’ve been going to this store since it opened, even after I moved to a different town and I must say, the quality of the food has never changed! I am regretfully leaving this review in the hope the owners take action. Been coming here for several years and never had a bad meal until recently. The food standard has fallen off a cliff. Stale chips and rubbery old Stale chicken that I couldn't eat. Kids cheeseburgers that looked like they had been run over by a truck. I thought it was a one off, but no; food today was even worse. What seems to have changed is the staff. All new faces who look miserable and seem either to have had little training or just don't care about standards. Previously the staff in there were amazing and food excell
