Raw Chicken‼️ Ohannes Burger used to be one of my favourite place to order food from. Unfortunately, I went in today and ordered a Chicken Burger for collection. I was told the wait would be 15 minutes, when I returned, the food was ready, and I took it home. I then ate part of the burger before looking down and realising part of it was completely raw. I love Ohannes food, specifically for the vegetarian options, but I am quite annoyed this time. Ordered a few days ago with my partner, and his beef burger was in what was meant to be the halloumi burger box I ordered, so immediate cross contamination there. The food was so cold that I had to reheat it to eat it. I requested there be no sauce on my burger as I do not like it (which other locations have done with no issue), and there was that much sauce that the bottom of my burger was soaking wet and fell apart in my hands. Ordered delivery, friendly staff and great service. I had the butter chicken burger with chips, and it was absolutely delicious! Very accommodating to changes and extras to their menu items. Portions were huge, especially considering the price, great value for money. The burger was flavourful and juicy, the chips were seasoned and crispy to perfection.
