Food was awful! chips was hard and dry and tasted like it was cooked in dirty oil, pie had hard chewy pieces of meat in it and the pastry was drier than my eczema. Im not sure the chicken was even chicken looked more like a shrivelled up baby pigeon, could of took the kids over the park to play Frisbee with the scallops, wouldn't waste your time here!

I’ve ordered from this chip shop hundreds of times over the years, so this experience was especially disappointing. The negative experience was mainly with the owner, who I spoke to multiple times while trying to resolve a £40 order issue. My order arrived the next day, which I refused at the door, yet it still took 2–3 weeks to get my refund. During this time, I made countless calls to the store, but there was no apology and little willingness to take responsibility. Instead, the blame was repeatedly shifted to their ordering system. Tastes okay, nothing special but not the worst either. Large cod and chips is £10 which I think is fairly priced. Service is quick and staff are friendly.

Dont listen to bad reviews, probally the last good chipshop around kingstanding and aston. Food taste how chipshop food should taste. Portions are spot on , food is clean and fresh. Spot on
