Treat yourself whilst helping others. Rising cafe serves barista drinks, delicious chef-inspired meals, fabulous cakes and tasty cream teas. Housed in an industrial unit near the canal, it would be easy to miss this epicurean treat - but don’t! Everything here is top notch whilst proceeds go towards running the Betel centre freeing people from addictions and homelessness. Worth a walk out of the city along the canal to work up an appetite.

Wow, I’m honestly blown away by how friendly and welcoming everyone is! The food standards are brilliant, and there’s so much choice. Georgie gave us some fantastic recommendations! To sum up, we will definitely be back. Massive shoutout to Georgie, Lyanne, Ivy, Elisha, Donna, Jole, and Dan. I know I’ve probably missed a few people, but honestly, it’s a great team! I also love their identity and what they stand for. There’s such a strong sense of community through their charity work and church involvement. We need more places like this!
