Was in town for two nights and needed somewhere cheap but clean to rest. I wasn’t expecting anything fancy for the price, especially since it’s above a pub. I was pleasantly surprised with how cosy it was! We stayed in room 21 and didn’t hear the pub downstairs. There’s no lift, which was fine for us but definitely worth keeping in mind if you rely on them or plan on travelling heavy. The room itself was clean and the staff were so friendly! I highly recommend this wee gem and would definitely stay here again whenever we’re back in town. Thank you!!

Hotel is in very sketchy area and doesnt have onsite parking. Rooms are clean is about the only positive thing I can really say, tv turns on but wont find a channel, hotel internet is advertised but not available and my dog has a more comfy bed than the other one on this twin. Really hope my tools are still in my van when I leave tomorrow.

i stayed here for two nights while i enjoyed the entertainment of alexandra theatre. during my stay the staff were outstanding and helpful, the room was standard but very clean and not small with en suite bathroom. the bed was the best i have slept in for ages, even better than some hotels that you pay two or three time amount. The service was was awesome, nothing was to much trouble. all i can say is parking is a issue but like me i travel by coach so i dont have any problem, if you can over look the parking issue, you will not regret staying at this establishment. 10/10
