Absolutely spot on little Italian restaurant me and my wife are so glad we had the opportunity to go and eat there (twice during our glamping stay). Mario was very friendly to us. We were going to the theatre in Bacup and we had gone for some food at our usual venue, but unfortunately it was holding a wedding so wasn't open for dining So glad we found this little gem, it was early about 5 30pm and Mario's had just opened, we hadn't booked obviously, but there was still a large family table and a few customers already in. Our server Tom, was very helpful and polite, we told him we were going to the theatre and he said he would mention this when the order went through to the kitchen Large choices on the menu, we chose penne Carbonara and Calzone carne pizza with a tom

My wife and I actually abandoned a disastrous meal reservation in Manchester and intent on finding good pasta noticed Mario's on the way home as a spontaneous visit. We are very glad we decided to call in ! , warm and welcoming staff from the moment we walked through the door. Great menu and decent choice of Italian food. Really nice garlic bread & Carbonara. We met Mario , old school Italian gent with a personal effort to chat to every table which was a really nice touch. Really affordable prices, We will be back, thank you for a lovely meal.
