Overpriced Rubbish, I ordered baked eggs and a Flat White. £14 for the smallest dish with two microscopic eggs and 4 teeny weeny toast morsels, insanely hot (no warning) eggs. Scalded my mouth horribly. I added my two inch paintbrush to the photo for scale. Will definitely NOT return even for an average flat white. Avoid.

Walking into this store felt like stepping into a sauna. The lack of proper air conditioning made it uncomfortable to sit inside, especially during an active heatwave. Other customers were visibly sweating, and the employees looked exhausted and close to heat exhaustion. What’s most concerning is that the staff are expected to work in these conditions for hours at a time. This is not just uncomfortable, it raises serious concerns about employee and customer safety. A business of this size can and should provide adequate air conditioning, particularly during extreme temperatures. Unfortunatel

I love Gails, and would have given it five stars but for the service! The young man in the picture is the reason I gave the FOUR stars as he is so polite and helpful, courteous. I would have honestly given 5 stars if my review was based on his service alone! HOWEVER there was another man, black hair, glasses, slight accent- extremely rude & condescending. I asked for more Algarve syrup, happy to pay extra for it, he was completely condescending in tone- perhaps needs more training & the only reason I did not give a 5 ⭐ review.

The passion fruit bun is to die for! 😍 Please make this a permanent menu item; I’d love to see it available year-round
