Met friends here for a coffee. It was a bit like sitting in a hall. Not very personal. Only 2 staff on and dirty tables. Put more staff on when it is Christmas eve eve. A little update 09-08-2024. Met up with a friend and went to sit on the settee, and it was, well, your guess is as good as mine from the photos. The table was stinking and had not been cleaned prior to us coming in or when we left an hour later. Am I right in thinking all tables should be cleaned when customers leave? Maybe not. Honestly, where is the pride of Costa within the 4 staff working? Will NOT be back.

Regulars here but getting fed up. Staff need retrained. Food half cooked, half toasted (literally), order a scone or muffin you have to ask for butter and jam or you will be sent with it dry. Toilets are always filthy and may or may not have toilet roll. Sticky tables.

Really good. I got a mango bubble frappechino and a bacon roll. Both tasted delicious! Ordered a medium, and it was actually a good size compared to what some places have where the medium is barely any bigger than a small so good-sized drink. It's really good.

Traveled up to Ballymena for an hour, stopped in for a coffee. Nice, clean place, screens at the front, track and trace QR code to scan. Fun times.
