Ray Puddle★★★My Wife and I visit the Hanwell quite often, unfortunately on several occasions we have found that the kitchen is closed due to illness or other reasons. This is the fifth time this has happened, surely there should be back up staff for such occasions such as illness etc
Tyler Packham★Only reason the food is a 1 star is because I have to give it something. Main course portion size was shocking, stone cold and no condiments. Missing half of roast no peas, no carrots, no Yorkshire puddings.
