We tried Nashville chicken burger extra spicy (inferno) but for me it wasn’t very spicy or at least not as spicy that you usually find in the states. Portions were bigger than expected for the price and food was good quality and taste

Ordered from here tonight , have to say its the worst food they have ever produced, been ordering from here for about a year and its usually amazing, tasty food but tonight the food was really bad , looks like the usual high standards have slipped since opening a new store , the chicken burger was dry, the loaded fries were half the size they used to be and had barely any beef and cheese and sauce on , then the double smash burger looked like it had been run over with a steam roller and then left on the pass to dry out , needless to say I wont be wasting 30 quid with these boys again . Delicious food, with a big variety to pick from. All really easy to customise to your tastes. Staff are very friendly and professional. I was advised I could pay less with a meal deal and was kindly given a refund for the extra I'd paid. Highly recommended.

Initially I was shocked at the price, a little higher than I was expecting, however when I received my food I can understand why, portions were great value and great quality. Very accommodating and very happy with the customer service and warmth I received. If I’m ever in Banbury again, I am definitely coming back here!
