Popped in this lunchtime. Busy little cafe. Limited menu, but I sat down and ordered the burger and chips at £11.50. My colleagues chose the mixed grill. We waited more than 15 minutes for our food to arrive. Honestly, I was very disappointed to receive a burger bun burnt inside and out. Could have been a good meal. I should have returned it. But I was in a rush. I guess the question has to be asked why would any chef or cook allow such an item to be served. Disappointed sums up my visit.

A great little cafe and great for a morning fry up and a coffee. Nice to see they still serve quality fried bread. Polite friendly service. Fans of Slow Horses will recognise the cafe as Jackson Lambs regular breakfast haunt.

I am very disappointed with my breakfast this morning. I asked for the breakfast ‘8’ sitting in the café, with mushrooms instead of toast. The egg whites were not cooked properly and were incredibly runny, avocado tasted weird and the plate was full of grease.
