Just wanted to say Lily and Evie were very polite from start to finish and made the visit smooth and rapid but also welcoming. Look forward to swinging by in a morning now as their enthusiasm is infectious so starts the day off with a smile.

One the slowest services ever here. Full of screaming kids, ignorant staff and the place is a tip with no one trying to clean up. Waited 20 minutes for an ice cream! Asked if I could just cancel cos was sick of waiting and told they couldn’t refund me and it would only be another minute… 5 mins later still nothing. I remember what McDonald’s actually served fast food. I should have used the drive through cos they obviously prioritise those orders above walk in ones!

Visited twice in recent weeks. First visit the patty was really dry and a fraction of what it looks like on the screen. Our visit last week I ordered the £5 meal deal. The burger was better but McDs insistence on servicing delivery drivers and drive in customers first is quite annoying, especially as my wait was a little under 15 mins. I would have been happier with table service, but it was not operational on that day we visited
