Ryan Mchugh★★★★★Love the store and lovely staff over all. once you know the way around the store the only difficulty if figuring out what you want buy XD, don’t usually have to wait to long for help on the self service checkout should you get stuck. if Rohan isn’t on the employee of the month board the managers ain’t giving him enough credit a real gem he is. The customer service he gives and the positive energy he shows and emits to customers is amazing and is a real credit to the company overall very patient, respectful and kind chap
Gary J★★★★★Great store – it’s clean, tidy, and well laid out, and the staff I’ve encountered have been really friendly and helpful. There are staffed checkouts as well as self-checkouts for baskets and smaller trolley shops. The car park is huge, with dedicated disabled bays, and you can park for up to 3 hours for free.
ROY V★Happened a few times at Sainsburies now. I go to self serve section. Have a bottle wine with groceries so red light flashes and says "wait for assistant" . Minutes pass but none bother coming, ignoring me waving in their direction. Then have to go over find staff member and politely request assistance. Member of staff reacts like I'm an inconvenience and deals with 2 other customers who arrived after me before begrudgingly scanning an over 18 QR code on my machine. I'm 74. Surely with your technology now and facial scanning etc there is a better way than this ? I have scanned my Nectar card.
Asim Majeed★I am writing to just let you all know my concern regarding an incident that occurred during my visit to Sainsbury’s Frankley, Beeches Road, Northfield. While shopping, I was using a large trolley containing a significant amount of groceries, including multiple packs of bottled water. When I approached the self-service tills, I politely asked a staff member for assistance with scanning the water bottles, as is common practice, so that one pack could be scanned and the remaining quantity entered manually. I was asked to wait, and after some time the staff member came over. Before assisting me,
